Visa Support

International exhibitors and visitors will need a visa to enter India. The organisers will issue an invitation letter which needs to be submitted when applying for the visa. This invitation letter by the organisers is free of charge.

If you need the invitation letter, kindly contact Ann-Christin Gouverneur () and submit for each person:

• first name and family name of the travelling persons (as mentioned in the passport)
• sex (male or female)
• passport number
• nationality
• email address or fax-number where the invitation letters needs to be sent to.
